Group Visits

Make your group visit a success

Whether you are visiting our galleries at leisure, or would like an experienced guide to bring your group through our galleries, prior booking for all group visits of more than 20 people is required. This will help us ensure that our galleries will not be overcrowded so that you, your guests and all visitors will enjoy their time here with us.

If you would like to engage our experienced tour guide,

Please complete and submit the Group Visit Enquiry Form at least 2 weeks in advance. Our Visitor Services officer will contact you within 3 working days.

Tours are approximately 1 hour to an 2 hour long

General Group Visits

Details about the ‘General Group Visit’ will be provided here.

For corporate, travel/tourist or community group visits with more than 50 people, please complete and submit the Group Visit Enquiry Form at least 2 weeks in advance. Our Visitor Services officer will contact you within 3 working days. Tours are approximately 1 hour to an 2 hour long.

We strongly advise all visitors to book a time slot in advance to guarantee their admission to the galleries in case of overcrowding so that you, your guests and all visitors will enjoy their time here with us.

Terms and Conditions

  • All Visitors will need to obtain admission tickets from the Visitors Services counter at the ground floor of the musseum before entering the galleries. More information to ensure your group visits proceeds smoothly will be provided once your booking is confirmed and your receive a Confirmation Form from us.
  • If no Prior booking has been made and you do not receive the Confirmation Form from our Visitors Service officer, tour guide will not be available to attend your group.
  • All cancelations or changes must be made in writing at least 5 working days in advance. or please contact our Visitors Service officer at +673 2220701.

School group Visits

If your wish to visit Balai Khazanah with a group of more than 6 persons and would like to engage our experienced tour guide a reservation must be made in advance.

We strongly advise all visitors to book a time slot by emailing us in advance to guarantee their admission to the galleries in case of overcrowding.
